Cacao Flow is a transformative experience designed to awaken your senses, open your heart, and reconnect your mind, body, and spirit. This unique event blends the sacred ritual of a cacao ceremony with gentle movement and a soothing sound bath to create a deeply nourishing and healing experience.

We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, where you will receive the ancient medicine of cacao in its purest form. As you sip the rich, ceremonial cacao, allow its loving energy to open your heart and set the intention for the journey ahead.

Following the ceremony, you’ll be gently guided through a mindful flow of movement and yoga to release tension and awaken your body. This movement will be slow and intentional, focusing on connecting breath with body, and allowing the energy of cacao to deepen your experience of mindfulness and presence.
