This is your chance to hit pause and breathe again. For 7 days and 6 nights, we’ll slow down, move our bodies, explore, and soak up the magic of Costa Rica — the jungle, the ocean, and everything in between.
Hosted by me, Shelley Cormier (Parati Yoga & Wellness), with Sarina Rose (Pink Blush Boudoir), this isn’t just a retreat. It’s a reset — where we mix yoga, meditation, sound baths, and self-love workshops with soul-stirring adventures and time to actually rest.
Every woman also gets a 20-minute self-love photo session (included) with Sarina — so you can take home memories of your glow, not just snapshots and Sarina is offering her Signature Boudoir Waterfall Adventure — a 3-hour private empowerment photoshoot at the stunning Cascada Verde waterfalls (included in the price)
