Wednesday Winter Flow, Yin & Meditation


Settle into the heart of winter with this 75-minute Wednesday evening class, combining mindful movement, deep release, and soothing meditation to nurture your body and mind.


Class Experience

We’ll begin with a gentle, flowing yoga sequence to warm the body, ease tension, and calm the mind. This breath-led flow will leave you feeling centered, energized, and ready to embrace stillness.


Next, we’ll transition into Yin yoga, with longer-held, supported postures that encourage deep relaxation and release. This practice allows you to soften into the moment, creating space for reflection and stillness.

To close, you’ll be guided through a calming meditation, inviting a sense of peace and grounding as you rest in a blissful savasana.
