Parati Yoga & Wellness Membership Policy

At Parati Yoga & Wellness, our memberships are designed to offer flexibility, consistency, and value. Below you’ll find the policies that apply to all three membership plans:

1. Parati Flex Monthly Membership ($77/month) – 6 regular classes/month

2. Parati Unlimited Monthly Membership ($99/month) – Unlimited regular classes/month

3. Parati Perks Monthly Membership ($15/month) – Exclusive perks and community access

 

General Membership Policies:

​

1. Billing and Payment

   • All memberships are billed automatically every 30 days from the date of purchase.

   • Payments are non-refundable and cannot be prorated.

   • Failed Payments:

     • If a payment fails, a second attempt will be made within 3 days.

     • After the second failed attempt, a $50 NSF fee will be applied, and the account will be paused until the balance is resolved.

     • Members will be notified via email to update their payment information.

2. Class Usage

   • Parati Balance Membership: Includes 6 regular classes/month. Unused classes do not roll over.

   • Parati Unlimited Membership: Enjoy unlimited access to regular yoga classes.

   • Specialty Classes & Workshops: Events like puppy yoga, sound baths, yin & massage, and charity classes are not included in any membership and are priced separately.

3. Booking and Class Attendance

   • All classes must be booked through the studio’s app, website, or by contacting us directly.

   • Bookings must be made at least 90 minutes prior to class.

   • Cancellations: Members must cancel at least 24 hours prior to class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows:

     • Balance Members: Forfeit one class credit.

     • Unlimited Members: Repeated occurrences may result in temporary booking restrictions.

   • Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will not be permitted to maintain a peaceful class environment.

4. Membership Perks (Included in Unlimited and Perks Membership)

   • Parati Membership perks are valued at $2,000 annually and include:

     • 10% discount on workshops (excludes charity events).

     • 10% discount on retail at Parati Wellness Boutique.

     • Free birthday gift.

     • 3 bring-a-friend passes per month.

     • Monthly members-only giveaways.

     • Quarterly members-only wellness workshops.

     • Open Gym Pass to Elemental Ninja (1 pass/month).

     • Priority access to events, workshops, and retreats.

     • Access to the private Parati Community Facebook Group.

     • Exclusive retreat perks, including early bird access, discounts, and more.

5. Unique Codes for Discounts

   • Upon purchasing your membership, you will receive a unique code via email within 24 hours to activate your discounted classes and benefits.

6. Non-Transferable

   • Memberships and associated perks cannot be shared or transferred to another individual.

 

Cancellation Policy:

​

1. Notice Period

   • To cancel any membership, members must provide at least 7 days' notice before their next billing date.

2. How to Cancel

   • Submit your cancellation request via email to hello@paratiwellness.com.

3. Perks Upon Cancellation

   • All membership perks end immediately upon cancellation.

   • Any unused bring-a-friend passes, open gym passes, or giveaways will expire.

4. No Refunds

   • Membership fees are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for unused classes, perks, or partial months.

 

Membership Freezing:

​

1. Freeze Periods

   • Members may freeze their membership for up to 1 month per calendar year at no cost.

   • Additional freezes are available for a $10 admin fee per freeze request.

2. How to Freeze

   • Freezing requests must be submitted via email to hello@paratiwellness.com at least 7 days prior to the next billing date.

3. Perks During Freezing

   • Membership perks will not be accessible during the freeze period.
