Breathe, Balance, Shine: A Journey to Calm & Gratitude

Join us for a fun and interactive 4-week series designed for homeschoolers aged 10 and up. Through yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and creative activities, we’ll explore calm, connection, and confidence together. Each week introduces a new theme with engaging activities to inspire inner peace and joy, encouraging kids to connect with themselves and their community.

This program is led by Shelley, a certified instructor in yoga, meditation, children’s yoga, and mindfulness, as well as a homeschool mother of 7 years, bringing expertise and understanding to each session.
