A certified Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with 2200 hours of training and honours from Alberta College of Massage Therapy (ACMT), joins Parati Yoga & Wellness to provide massage during our Yin & Massage sessions.
As the owner of Rest & Refresh Massage, she specializes in restorative techniques like Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Muscle, and Myofascial Release, offering the perfect complement to Yin Yoga for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Shelley Cormier is the heart behind Parati Yoga & Wellness—a soulful, mobile wellness brand offering retreats, pop-up yoga classes, and healing experiences across Canada (and soon, Mexico).
She’s a trauma-informed yoga instructor, certified self-love coach, meditation guide, and passionate advocate for personal transformation through self-care.
Shelley is also the creator of the Do It For You Method™, a heart-centred self-love journey designed to help women reconnect with themselves, set boundaries, and live from a place of empowerment.
Her approach is honest, inclusive, and deeply supportive—whether you’re attending a beachside retreat, a candlelit yoga class, or a self-love workshop. Shelley holds space for your healing, your rhythm, and your story—reminding you that you don’t have to do it all for everyone else...
