Meet Our Founder: Shelley Cormier

Shelley Cormier is the founder and visionary behind Parati Yoga & Wellness. With certifications in Yoga, Meditation, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Mindfulness, and Children's Yoga, Shelley has dedicated her life to creating a space where healing and self-care thrive.

 

As a mother to two children with complex medical needs, Shelley’s journey has been shaped by resilience and advocacy. Through her personal experiences with depression and trauma, she discovered the transformative power of holistic wellness. This led her to build Parati Yoga & Wellness—a sanctuary where individuals can nurture their mind, body, and spirit.

 

Shelley’s mission is to help others find peace and balance through mindfulness, yoga, and self-care, supporting their journey toward emotional and physical well-being.
