Meet Our Founder: Shelley Cormier
Shelley Cormier is the heart and visionary behind Parati Sacred Wellness.
With certifications in Yoga, Meditation, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Mindfulness, Children’s Yoga, and Sound Healing—and currently expanding into deeper sacred practices—she is dedicated to creating spaces of healing, self-love, and connection that go far beyond the mat.
Her journey is deeply personal. As a mother to two children with complex medical needs, Shelley has walked through seasons of grief, burnout, and transformation. Her lived experiences with trauma and depression became the very doorway that led her into holistic healing—and now fuel her passion for helping others come home to themselves with compassion and care.
What began as a yoga practice has grown into something much larger: retreats, sacred ceremonies, sisterhood circles, and community gatherings that weave together movement, ritual, and soul.
Shelley’s mission is simple yet profound: to hold space for real, raw, rising. Through mindfulness, movement, sound, and sacred community, she invites others to pause, breathe, release, and begin again—on their own terms, and in their own sacred way.
