Parati Sacred Wellness – Updated for Hybrid, Pop-Up & Online Offerings

At Parati Sacred Wellness, we’re committed to offering intentional, heart-led wellness experiences. As we shift into a hybrid model—offering pop-up classes, online sessions, and retreats—we ask for your cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful and supportive environment for all.

Pre-Registration is Required
All participants must pre-register online in advance to attend any Parati offering, whether it’s in person or online. This allows us to properly prepare the space, materials, and energy for your experience. Registration can be completed at www.paratiwellness.com/calendar. Due to the nature of pop-up and limited-space events, drop-ins are not available unless explicitly stated.

Minimum Attendance Requirement
To honour the time and energy of our facilitators and guests, a minimum number of pre-registered participants is required for most offerings. If minimum numbers are not met, the event may be rescheduled or cancelled. You’ll be notified by email and/or text at least 2–3 hours prior to the event if a cancellation is necessary. Any payments will be fully refunded or transferred to a future offering of your choice.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens—and we value communication and respect. Please note the following:
– For classes, online sessions & pop-up events: Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance to receive a credit or transfer. Late cancellations (under 6 hours) are non-refundable and may result in the loss of your spot for future limited-space offerings.
– For workshops, retreats, and special events: A separate cancellation policy will apply, which is clearly outlined on the event listing. Please refer to each offering’s page or contact us for more details.​

If We Need to Cancel
In the rare case that Parati Sacred Wellness needs to cancel an offering due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible. You’ll have the option to: receive a full refund, or transfer your booking to a future session.
