Blissful Bond Mother/Daughter Yoga: Exclusive Girl Guides Event

Join us for an uplifting experience at "Blissful Bond Mother/Daughter Yoga," a special event tailored exclusively for Girl Guides and their mothers. Led by Girl Guide Leader and Yoga Instructor Shelley Cormier, this session promises to be a journey of connection and wellness.

Engage in joyful movement, serene breathwork, and heartwarming bonding activities, all designed to strengthen the bond between mother and daughter. From gentle stretches to partner poses, every moment offers an opportunity to deepen your relationship in a nurturing and supportive environment.

This is a free event, open to all Girl Guides and their mothers. While participation is free, donations are gratefully accepted to support our ongoing programs and initiatives. Please consider leaving a donation if you choose.

• Requirements: All participants must fill out a waiver, both for parent and child. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the class start time as late entries won't be allowed. Ensure you bring a yoga mat, wear comfy clothes, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session.
