Candlelight Calm Yin & Meditation
Settle into a serene, candlelit space as we begin with gentle Yin postures, held for several minutes to release tension and create space within the body. This slow, grounding practice allows you to relax deeply, while connecting breath to stillness.
Following the Yin sequence, you’ll be guided through meditative practices such as breathwork, body scans, or mindfulness, tailored each week to provide a unique experience. This intentional combination invites calm, clarity, and inner peace.
The class closes with a deeply restful savasana, where you’ll fully surrender to the cozy ambiance of soft candlelight and quiet reflection, leaving you feeling centered, rested, and ready for a peaceful evening.
