Celebrate the season of giving with Parati Yoga & Wellness! Join us for a special Flow & Yin class, blending gentle movement and restorative poses, perfect for all levels. This class is designed to help you unwind and embrace the spirit of giving.
🎁 Class Donation: Bring a new, unwrapped toy to support Santa’s Anonymous, especially for ages 0-2 or 9-12 (toys without batteries preferred). Together, we can bring joy to a child this holiday season!
