The New Moon is a time of new beginnings—a sacred opportunity to pause, reflect, and plant seeds for what you wish to call into your life.
Join me for an intimate evening within the sacred glow of the Himalayan Salt Cave — a space to breathe deeply, soften gently, and return to yourself.
We will begin with a guided meditation before settling into a restorative sound healing journey featuring crystal singing bowls and sacred healing instruments. Together, these practices create an opportunity to release the noise of everyday life and reconnect with the peace that already lives within you.
The Himalayan Salt Cave offers a sanctuary for rest and renewal. Many people experience a sense of deeper breathing, relaxation, mental clarity, grounding, and overall well-being while immersed in its calming atmosphere.
