Take 90 minutes to pause, exhale, and completely reset before the back-to-school rush. This restorative relaxation journey is designed to help you release stress, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll move through deeply supported restorative yoga with calming aromatherapy, sink into a guided journey meditation, and finish with a crystal bowl sound bath to help you fully unwind. To close, you’ll receive a personal oracle card pull to carry a message into the season ahead.
