Working on opening our heart chakra (Anahata), while flowing through a harmonious flow. This class is great for all levels! (60 minute class) NOTE: This is class will be outdoors (weather permitted), please dress accordingly. If it's raining, class will be moved into the arcade.

About the event
ALL participants must fill-out an online waiver & medical health questionnaire, before class. Participants must be at least 16 years of age, to participate in any class. https://www.paratiwellness.com/forms These classes are free of charge, participants may give a karma donation, to help cover cost, time and etc. Participants should be bring their own mats, however there will be some for rent for $2.00, for those who don’t.
