Join me for an evening to completely slow down.
For one hour, you'll be invited to rest comfortably, breathe deeply, and simply be. Through guided meditation and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other gentle instruments, you'll have the opportunity to quiet the mind, release stress, and reconnect with yourself.
Think of it as a sacred pause for your body, mind, and spirit.
What to Expect:
