About the event

Class Structure


The class begins with slow, flowing sequences to ease the body into movement, cultivating openness and lightness. We then transition into longer-held, deep stretches, encouraging stillness, breath awareness, and deep release.


What to Bring

  • A yoga mat

  • Comfortable, light layers

  • A bolster or blanket for added support
