A deeply restorative experience where you’ll rest in a suspended hammock while immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls.
Experience deep rest while gently suspended in a hammock and immersed in the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls and sound healing. This 60-minute Hammock Sound Bath is designed to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, support emotional release, improve relaxation, and create space to simply slow down and reconnect with yourself.
Allow yourself to be held, supported, and fully present as you rest in a peaceful, immersive environment designed for restoration of the mind, body, and soul.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to settle into your hammock and get comfortable before the experience begins.
