The class begins with a Body Scan Meditation, a soothing practice to ground yourself and release tension. Following this, weโ€™ll guide you through Mindful Movement, incorporating gentle yoga sequences. These movements, synchronized with your breath, help harmonize your body's rhythm and promote awareness and relaxation.

Next, immerse yourself in a Guided Visualization, a peaceful journey that allows your mind to unwind and achieve a state of calm. The visualization fosters mental clarity and relaxation, providing a serene space for reflection.
