Winter Solstice Yin & Candlelight Meditation
Honour the magic of the winter solstice with a deeply calming Yin yoga practice and a candlelit meditation. As we enter the longest night of the year, this special class offers a sacred space to reflect, release, and prepare for the light that lies ahead.
In this 75-minute session, we’ll begin with a gentle Yin practice, holding poses for several minutes to open the body, ease tension, and ground ourselves. The slow, meditative pace encourages stillness and inner peace, creating space to let go of what no longer serves you.
Following the Yin sequence, you’ll be guided through a candlelit meditation, inviting warmth and renewal. Surrounded by soft candlelight, this meditation will connect you to the themes of the solstice—letting go, rebirth, and setting intentions for the coming year.
