Yin & Meditation Fusion (75 minute class)
We will be focusing on the hips in gentle flow postures and some yin (longer holds). Great for all levels! 75 minute class NOTE: This is class will be outdoors (weather permitted) please dress accordingly. If it rains, class will be inside the arcade.

About the event
ALL participants must fill-out an online waiver & medical health questionnaire, before class. Participants must be at least 16 years of age, to participate in any class. https://www.paratiwellness.com/forms These classes are free of charge, participants may give a karma donation, to help cover cost, time and etc. Participants should be bring their own mats, however there will be some for rent for $2.00, for those who don’t.
