SHINE into Fall | Harvest Yourself
October 3 - 5/2025
A LOVE NOTE FROM YOUR HOST
Shelley Cormier

Hello, Beautiful!
If you’re reading this, it’s not by accident — you’re meant to be here.
This is your permission slip to say YES to the SHINE Into Fall: Harvest Yourself Retreat. Autumn is a season of release and renewal — and just like the trees, we’re invited to let go of what’s heavy so we can root deeper and carry only what matters into the season ahead.
I know how easy it is to get caught in the noise, running on empty, feeling disconnected from yourself. I’ve been there too. That’s why I created this weekend — for women like you (and me) who are ready to pause, soften, reconnect, and rediscover who they are when the world slows down.
This weekend is your chance to:
✨ Disconnect from the noise and reconnect with yourself
✨ Release what’s been weighing you down
✨ Breathe, rest, and soak up 14 acres of wild, off-grid beauty
✨ Create, reflect, and explore through movement, sound, art, and ritual
We’ve designed this retreat to feel spacious and soulful — a mix of grounding practices, creative expression, connection, and the cozy magic of fall. It’s not about doing more — it’s about finding your way back to you.
If your heart is whispering yes, don’t wait — there are only 15 spots, and one is waiting for you.
With love, always—
xo Shelley
A Sneak Peek of Your Weekend!
Wake up with gentle yoga and breathwork, and wind down beneath the stars with calming sound baths and maybe even the northern lights. You’ll release what no longer serves you during a powerful Fire Release Ceremony, walk the labyrinth with intention, and explore 14 acres of peaceful trails, meadows, and riverside paths.
You’ll tap into your creativity with a 2-hour abstract art workshop and a playful scavenger hunt (with prizes!), receive intuitive guidance through personal tarot and oracle readings, and enjoy nourishing, home-cooked meals that feel like comfort and care.
All of this unfolds at Riverside Acres — a cozy, off-grid sanctuary with cedar showers, a big timber pavilion for gathering, and plenty of space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
